In terms of global mobile internet usage, the International Data Center (IDC) estimates that in 2016 mobile internet users will reach two billion and Indonesia will be one of the countries with the largest growth. On the other hand, although computer sales declined in the last quarter of 2015, IDC estimates that in the second quarter of this year it will increase again.
Meanwhile, in 2015, a survey stated that consumers in 24 countries—including Indonesia—are now increasingly smart and selective in choosing digital products and services to meet increasingly complex life needs. In the results of the research entitled Digital Consumer Survey 2015, it was stated that the development of digital technology has triggered people around the world to connect with each other regardless of age. This has given rise to a new generation called screenagers.
This development also occurred in Indonesia, where 93 percent of digital consumers have mobile phones, and 77 percent of them use smartphones. In addition, the increasing number of users of technology and digital services is also accompanied by consumer behavior that wants an
